ADVOCATE: JENNIFER HOWELL
I am a practicing Solicitor of England and Wales and I pride myself on my commitment to provide a prompt and professional service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of legal advice.
I have worked in both city center and rural private practice since qualifying in 2008, specializing in all aspects of Private Client instructions.
My specialism surrounds estate planning advice, such as the avoidance of taxes (inheritance tax, capital gains tax); Will drafting; asset protection Trusts including Life Interest, Discretionary, Disabled Beneficiary Trusts; the administration of estates and extraction of Probate Grants; powers of attorney and all types of Court of Protection or OPG Applications; mental capacity issues, and Commissioner of Oaths.
I qualified as a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and the STEP Will Drafting Affiliate and work closely with the College of Law on a pro bono basis training and mentoring their students in a fully functional legal clinic setting.
My career has spanned a wide variety of client needs, from advising some of society's most vulnerable to high net wealth individuals including farmers and business owners.
