Networking events are generally open to all sorts of businesses so members can expect to meet sole-traders representing themselves, or representatives of an SME.
All those at the networking event will be supportive of its aims and engaged in referral marketing by sharing their experiences of using other businesses or suggesting people they know who can help.
Groups can differ in size substantially with some groups restricting numbers to enrich the experience and the relationships made.
