Also working with workplaces to support their staff wellbeing offer - not just a tick box but a lifestyle change to embed mindfulness and mindset practices into their employees lives.

The Relaxed Mind UK - Coaching business working specifically with teachers to support them in their journey out of the classroom into their own business or an alternative career path. A hybrid of coaching and training to support teachers looking for a career change.
