Join us for a relaxed and uplifting Humour & Healing Writing Workshop, led by Lindsey from Pause Reset Reflect Coaching and Wellbeing.

This workshop is an opportunity to step away from the everyday, take some time for yourself and explore the benefits of writing in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What to expect

You do not need to be a great writer or have any previous writing experience. The workshop is designed to be accessible to everyone, using simple and engaging writing prompts to encourage you to pause, reflect and perhaps see things from a different perspective.

Lindsey has extensive experience delivering a range of workshops and will create a friendly, encouraging space where you can explore writing at your own pace.

During the session, you might like to consider the question:

“What are you doing for you?”

How often do you take just 5 or 10 minutes out of your day to do something purely for yourself?

Through a series of writing prompts, the workshop will give you the chance to disconnect from the demands of everyday life and discover how a little time spent writing and reflecting can benefit you – and those around you.

Sharing is completely optional

If you would like to share something you’ve written during the session, you will be encouraged to do so. However, there is absolutely no pressure to share.

And if you’d rather not read your own work aloud, Lindsey is very happy to read it for you.

Come along, put pen to paper and give yourself permission to pause, reflect and enjoy some time for you.

Booking & Payment

Places will be secured when you RSVP to attend and you will receive a confirmation email a few days before with additional event details.

An invoice for £30 will be sent to you two weeks before the event, with payment details and instructions for settling your booking.
