The Team meet fortnightly on Wednesday morning 7:15 to 8:45am. The virtual doors open at 7:00am. The ‘happy’ advocates are currently looking to encourage a Solicitor, Will Writer, IT Services, R&D Tax Advisors, Holiday/Travel Provider, Recruiter, Copy Writer and Telecoms Provider to sample a visit.

The NetworkIN ethos is one of relationships and reciprocity. Support is given to any small company or sole trader in order to prosper despite current challengeswithin a strong community. Our advocates believe in a culture of behaviours which work to help everyone grow – together.

Advocate numbers are restricted and a sector-exclusive policy is in place to allow for a positive meeting experience. Face-to-face meetings will resume as soon as national restrictions are lifted.

Rebecca has 18 years’ experience of working for organisations in the recruitment, assessment and development arena. Rebecca is an Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions Council and a Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society.

Rebecca’s experience as a psychologist influences her approach and her PG Diploma in Business & Personal Coaching has enabled Rebecca to broaden her coaching to take a holistic approach to leadership development, including personal as well as work based challenges.

N-Gage is a Manchester based charity that gives young people at risk of educational or social exclusion opportunities and skills to achieve their full potential.

Working in partnership with schools, Greater Manchester Police, Manchester City Council and other partners we provide highly successful, flexible and targeted approaches to anti-social behaviour and educational exclusion.

The charity was founded by Christie Spurling MBE in 2006 in response to his own experiences of educational exclusion.

CATALYST YOUTH WORK

We believe that young people are valuable and incredible at bringing about change, so our mission is to help young people to reach their full potential in their community.

As well as our youth centre in Burnage, we have two mobile youth vehicles that travel around various Manchester communities equipped with a wide variety of resources designed to help young people engage in positive activities and further fulfil their needs.

 The N-Gage Community Café opened in 2019, located inside our Catalyst Youth Centre.

 

We are open every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and provide a range of delicious and affordable teas, coffees and snacks.

 

Our Community Café offers a comfortable place for the people of Burnage and beyond to relax, talk and eat, all without breaking the bank!

 

The aim over the next year is to develop activities and workshops within our café, which will benefit all from elderly to the young. All ideas and requests are welcome.
