You will not be required to have any workout equipment for the sessions although a yoga or fitness mat may help for floor exercises. Dress comfortably in shorts, t-shirt or joggers but be prepared for your temperature to rise 🙂
All participants are required to mute during the actual workout and you can turn off your camera if your prefer. A couple of rest breaks are planned during the sessions so keep a drink of water handy to rehydrate.
